Therapy is a way for individuals to learn how to deal with their emotions by working with them instead of suppressing them. They are encouraged to be curious, observe their emotions, and accept them without judgment. Often, the negativity we feel towards our emotions gets in the way of our growth. During therapy, individuals learn to allow their emotions to exist while increasing their ability to feel and respond in a way that feels good to them.

Adult therapy is strengths-based and trauma-focused. 

Individual adult therapy is a joint collaborative effort that allows you to bring about long-lasting changes in your life. The therapy can range from acquiring new skills to improve one's well-being to exploring the meaning of life and spirituality.

It involves setting shared goals to improve coping mechanisms for anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, and past traumas. Our objective is to move beyond coping and into a place where we are thriving.
